Stupid prekernel for Lunar
Handles setting up machine state and pagedb stuff
Currently only supports x86_64 but may support other architectures in the future.
Can boot via Tartarus or Limine using the tartarus/limine boot protocol
Built as part of Terra (the system distribution)
