Adds a Stashes section to the commit webview with refresh, apply, pop, and drop actions using the vscode.git stash APIs and git stash list for labels. Pop and drop use modal confirmations; failures and conflicts surface inline via stashResult and gitErrorCode-aware copy. Bumps the host protocol to v8 and the extension to 0.8.0.
