- Cleaned up the file structure and replaced all the REST based python scripts with updated versions based on v2 APIs
- Added new files to support login and logout of the v1 vega-wallet API, storing a token.temp (future work to move to v2 Wallet APIs to increase security and compatibility going forward)
- Added new REST examples for new v2 APIs
- Added examples for data-range filters and pagination
- Updated and fixed submit markets/liquidity permission scripts
- Updated README.md's for root and sub-folders
