230910-02 - debian bookworm image for allwinner h313/h616/h618 systems

• this is just an experimental testing image

• kernel version used: v6.1.51 lts with patches for the supported socs from the warpme minimyth2 tree
• some little fixes and improvements for the image
• debian bookworm only for now, ubuntu jammy might follow later - please add a comment here in case ubuntu jammy is required for a certain system: #129

• some initial allwinner h618 support
• tested quickly on a t95max h618 box only so far using the sun50i-h618-box-60mv.dtb
