Starter repo for an interoperable “health skills” platform.

What this repo will contain

• apps/web: React frontend based on venikman/poke.
• apps/api: C# backend (ASP.NET Core) using Microsoft Agent Framework building blocks.
• OpenTelemetry-first observability (Grafana Cloud friendly).

Quick start

cd apps/web
npm install
npm run dev

Then open http://localhost:5173.
