just want to perk up the "Ventoy usage" instruction after install on Windows, run for the first time, and to suggest

Add explanation on there, sort of:

To mount the USB 1st drive partition and assign a drive letter on Windows, do it cleanly by:

Press Win + R, then type:
diskmgmt.msc
hit Enter so to open Disk Management.

Find the first USB drive partition in the lower pane. that has no drive letter, then
right-click → Change Drive Letter and Paths → Add → choose a letter.

If it's not initialized or no partition → right-click → Initialize Disk or New Simple Volume, follow the wizard → assign a letter.
