Add RUSTSEC-2026-0009 to the ignore list. This is an advisory for a potential DoS in time create, which is a dependency of jasonwebtoken. The latter is also used by ccatoken and ear, and needs to be the same version. This is a PoC, not intended to be used anywhere near production, so just ignore it for now.
