Update ckeditor to 5.0.1 breaks all javascript on the Hyper field

Describe the bug

I've update ckeditor to the version 5.0.1 this morning and as a result, all my hyper field are broken.

It is not possible to create a new link in a field with multiple link, the ... for the setting and the drag & drop are not working also.

I've tried to downgrade Hyper to 2.2.10 version and the problem is still there.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the ckeditor plugin at the version 5.0.1
2. Add a link field in a section and try to edit the content.
3. If I disable the ckeditor plugin, the hyper field works.

Fixed for the next release. To get this early, run composer require verbb/hyper:"dev-craft-5 as 2.3.2".

Looks like it was an issue with CKEditor changing to use registerScriptWithVars().

I've tested the branche dev-craft-5 and the problem is still there.

I've managed to open once the dropdown to select the link type, but I wasn't able to do it twice. I've tried reloading the page, clearing the craft cache and opening the cms in a private window.
