actions element request: 5 star rating

this project is super amazing! personally, it is so much more useful to me than the regular chat demo, because it is so modular!

feature request: would you be willing to consider adding a "5-star rating" as an action? thumbs up/down is the standard for feedback, but i'm interested in more granular ratings, which could be used as eval metrics.

Hey @rawwerks! May be outside the scope of AI Elements for now, but I reserve the right to come back and change my mind later. Trying to restrict to the elements that most chat apps have right now (ChatGPT, Grok, etc.)
