docs(gateway): clarify BYOK behavior under ZDR filter#15395

BYOK credentials are now skipped by default when the ZDR filter is on, since user provider agreements differ from Vercel's negotiated ones. Users can opt in by marking individual BYOK keys as ZDR; marked keys are tried first, then ZDR system credentials. Applies to both account-wide and request-level ZDR.
