Create Next App using Typescript is failing but javascript is working (Typescript do not have the required package(s) installed)

Summary

When i create-next-app using javascript there is no error, but if I use typescript I am getting this error

Also, perhaps you disabled postinstall scripts? Maybe you ran something like npm install --ignore-scripts

You can run:

npm config ls -l

And that'll print a bunch of stuff:

https-proxy = null
if-present = false
ignore-scripts = false
include = []
include-staged = false

Check if ignore-scripts is set to true.
