Build error on Vercel on next 16.2.0

I'm getting this error on Vercel builds on Next 16.2.0. It goes away if I downgrade to 16.1.

Is your build doing some kind of postbuild process or copying some .next files for some reason?

Shouldn't be. We are just using default settings.

can you repro with a simple create-next-app? or can we see the repo? might be good to report to Vercel support too!

Sorry for the delayed response. I was unable to repro with create-next-app. Unfortunately it's a private repo.

Also experiencing this error. I'm able to build locally without any issues, but build on Vercel is failing.
