Ability to disable hmr in dev mode

The problem:
- me, doing my frontend things on a page (thinking, playing with styles, etc)
- next.js: hmm bro don't u mind if i just refresh the whole page and you lose all your work pls? 🗿

Context:
We use next.js at work

I'm very lazy to deploy a backend for my frontend doings every time (takes ~20min: deploy services, configure users, access rights, inserts, etc. – AND ALL THIS for just margin-left: 8px??)
Our backend infra gets to sleep after 8 PM BUT i love to work at night

So i use chrome overrides – i save my backend requests and then just use them whenever i want.

But when i use chrome overrides, next.js cannot establish hmr ws connection – console starts spamming WebSocket connection failed and after ~1 minute page gets refreshed.
So basically you just sit at the screen that will unexpectedly refreshed every god damn minute. Its annoying as hell.

Please, add ability to hmr: disable
