No description provided.

Errors in `reportError` are considered uncaught by convention
(e.g. Chrome adds "Uncaught" the the error message in the console).

Recoverable errors shouldn't be confused with uncaught
errors so we now send them through `console.error`
like we do with caught errors.

Actually, this is the React default so we'll stick with it for now
