Update pkg to resolve nodejs CVEs

A relatively severe CVE was published this month for Node.js before 16.6.0, 14.17.4, and 12.22.4, all of which are being bundled by pkg. I contributed a bump to 14.17.5, do you have an ETA when a new version will be published?
