When the package was migrated to ESM + dual publishing, it broke the CLI. That's because:

1. The built files were created one level deeper (eg dist/esm vs src), causing the relative imports to the package.json to fail
2. Importing a .json file in ESM only works under certain conditions

This PR fixes it by doing several things:

1. Updates the files location to all go in one folder with non conflicting file names. This way relative imports will always work
2. Removes the import of the package.json as it's very fragile in ESM. Instead, it inlines the version when building
