Headline: routine maintenance, same local-first CLI

This is a maintenance cut: internal improvements and dependency updates. No new headline feature — if you are already on a 2026.916.x build, expect the same commands and the same local-first model (nothing leaves your machine unless you opt in).

Benchmarks (honest)

We published a two-arm benchmark vs 2026.916.2 on the pinned corpus (236 metrics compared). Graph extraction metrics held steady (19 languages, locate accuracy 0.94, dependency detection 0.96). CLI startup median was essentially flat (~477 ms). We also published regressions instead of hiding them — including lower token-reduction vs a baseline agent on some comparable tasks and slightly higher agent token/tool-call counts.
