Just kidding, first version of headless daemon is coming up in the next release (finally!!!):

And yes, it comes with bit perfect backend settings, basic CLI commands, TUI-HiFi Wizard and of course, QConnect. :)

This is great news! Daemon mode especially is exciting (to me at least)!

A CLI-based discovery tool would be really cool, something scriptable that queries recommendations (ListenBrainz, similar artists, etc.) and outputs plain text or JSON. Could feed directly into the daemon queue via D-Bus, or just pipe into a playlist.

Example: qbz-discover --similar "Artist Name" --limit 10
