X/Twitter search timeline widget is no longer available. Along with this, the words "Tweet about Vim" were displayed on the page and a warning was displayed in the console. This change removes those unnecessary and non-functional ones.

X/Twitterの検索タイムライン widget の提供が終了しており、consoleにその旨の警告が出ていたのに加え、「Vim に関するツイート」という無意味な表示を消すための変更です。
