Hi Bram, last year we had our first vimfest in Berlin and it was a huge success. The atmosphere was open, friendly, and cooperative. This year, we start planning ahead, created a website (http://vimfest.de/), we will change the timeschedule and organize a dinner before the whole two days of hacking starts.

We don't need much, we are having a space, people as well as topics. Maybe some drinks and food would be nice. What do you think?

Maybe we can add the "Spend for uganda" button on the page as well.
