Add typing on library

Of course, it's not a required feature on the libs, but it's nice to have :)

Hi @henri9813, thanks for the suggestion — this is now implemented! 🎉

Released in v0.2.7 (just published to PyPI). The package now ships a PEP 561 py.typed marker along with complete inline type hints across the public (and internal) API, so Pylance / pyright / mypy will pick them up and the reportMissingTypeStubs warning is gone.

Just upgrade to get it:

pip install -U mmdb_writer
