How to find Outlines that don't have Tags assigned to them

I've had users suggest that I add a special Collection in the sidebar that gathers together all the Outlines that don't have any Tags assigned them. The idea being that you can find uncategorized Outlines more easily than by clicking on each one and checking it. The idea has a lot of merit.

I have resisted adding this special Collection because I don't want users looking at it and feeling like they have to assign a Tag to every Outline. Using Zavala should be as stress free as possible. You don't even need to assign a Title if you don't want to.

I feel like a good way to satisfy both points of view is to use Shortcuts to identify Outlines that don't have Tags. That's what the No Tag Outline Search does. It assigns a Tag called No Tag to all the untagged Outlines in a selected account. You can then assign Tags to those Outlines to organize them and then delete the No Tag Tag when done.
