Optimize renderLayer, supports the cursor size following the target output on the screen copy mode. Fill yellow color to layer on debug mode.
This functionality can be fully implemented by the compositor itself without relying on waylib.

Fill color if enable visualize layers.
The effect output viewport's rotation and geometry should be following the source output viewport.
