Clip Manager

- Click any clip to open the source file in Reading view, scrolled to that clip
- Delete clips from the table or directly from the reading view card
Settings
- Per-type callout accent colors
- Row density, snippet length, date format, file path display
- Confirm before delete toggle
- Migration tool — detects clips saved in the old format, lists affected files with clip counts, and rewrites them to the new nested callout (https://obsidian.md/help/callouts) format individually or all at once
