Accessing Versioned Data

Data Versioning

Virion is a dynamic data set and users should record which version of the data they are using for analysis. Data are deposited into Zenodo after weekly runs of the github actions.

All versions of the data can be accessed via the virionData package in R, py-virion-data package in Python or by directly downloading the data from Zenodo.
