Broken link on clicking vlabs icon

Defect Description: Clicking on the Virtual Labs Icon results in a page not found error

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Go to home page of Image processing Lab
Click on the icon of virtual labs on top left

Expected result:
Clicking on the icon should take you to the home page of vlabs

Actual result:
Clicking on the icon results in a page not found error
