[Docs] Add mkdocs-based documentation for this project

With more and more features and components added in this project, it's time to write docs for it.

Because of my busy work, since v1.2.0, the features was almost all implemented by cursor, I am not clear that the specific implementation of each components except some core architectures. And I decide to carry out this work by myself mainly, and improve some detail passingly, so it could take some time to close this issue. 🤔

The main structure of the mkdocs-based documentation has built in 2.0.0, but there has some part uncompleted parts, such as API References, it will be finished soon in the future.
