We can; however, I believe the rules say that only new projects are allowed to be submitted. If you have been working on this before, I am not sure it can be entered into the hackathon.

I don't think there is a problem, because it is not a project in production or done. Its just a personal project and it is not done, I just have the ideas for the data sets and the models. Let me know if you want to share our ideas.
