SwifTL allows users to translate any text from a selected area on their screen.
V1 implements translation using the free web Google Translate API and an optional DeepL translation using a user supplied API key.

The DeepL API key is stored in your Mac Keychain.

Full Disclosure: I'm not a signed developer as this is my first time developing a Mac app (and I didn't want to commit to the $99 Apple Developer Account just yet) so you will have to allow the app from Settings > Privacy & Security on first launch. The app uses Apple's Vision framework to capture an image of the selected area so you will have to allow screen recording permissions as well.
