Unable to setup repo locally

hi everyone,

while setting up the local development environment i am facing issue while running prisma migrate dev script.
it says:

Error: P3006

Migration 20260418210445_init failed to apply cleanly to the shadow database.
Error:
ERROR: relation "User" already exists

did anyone faced similar issue before and how you solved it?
