Date Time all the time

Hello, would it be possible to have an option to always have the clock visible. I normally work on a connected display with my MacBook and as soon as something is being played or a timer is running. I stop seeing the date and the time. So I need to click on notchy to see the date and time. Thanks, :).

Hi Philippe! You can keep the date and time visible while music plays or a timer runs by pinning the Home panel open:

1. Open Settings → Home. Under Add a Card, add Clock if it isn't already on your Home tab.
2. Open Notchy on your external display and select Home.
3. Click the pin button in the panel header to keep it open when you move your pointer away. Click it again to unpin.

This keeps the Clock card visible, but it uses the expanded panel.

For the smaller, closed pill, go to Settings → Appearance → Clock, enable Clock on the Closed Pill, and set Clock Shows to Time and Date. This works on external displays without a notch. If Notifications-Only Mode is enabled, turn it off first.

The closed-pill clock currently appears only while idle: music and running timers replace it. There isn't currently a setting to keep the clock alongside those activities in the closed pill, so your request for that behavior is still relevant. Thanks for suggesting it!

Hello Vishva, thanks for the quick reply. I'm aware of the setting under the Home tab. My issue is that currently, no music (or timer) or video in a browser tab are active, either in Safari, Chrome or Music. I'm still seeing this.

One, this should most probably not be visible right now. Second, as stated, even if this is visible or the timer, it would be nice to be able to see the date and time on secondary monitor, if the user choose so.
