Custom GPT for VisIt documentation

If you print a PDF of our docs, its 1400+ pages! Wouldn't it be cool if we could offer a chat-like interface to our docs like ChatGPT?

Apparently, OpenAI is now offering the ability to do that. We can feed it all our docs (and probably source code too) and create our own, custom, VisIt-tuned, chat interface.

Currently, they are not allowing new GPT-4 accounts but when those open up again, I think we should try it.

My personal experience with chatbots is endless loops and never getting my question answered satisfactorily, so color me skeptical.

What color is skeptical anyway? I asked ChatGPT and it says...

For some reason, I was thinking brown 😕
