Helpful links added to Dev Resources page on website

There are a couple of new and potentially useful links on the developer resources page.

Under PRs, Issues and Discussions, there are two new quick links

• PRs awaiting my review will take you to all open visit-dav/visit pull requests where you are listed as a reviewer
• Open items involving me will take you to all open items within the visit-dav org in which you are mentioned.
