Adding Perl Support

Hi Guys, I was pondering a similar solution for Perl and it occurred to me that I can simply write a plugin. I wanted to ask if any one else was already working on Perl support. I don't want to waste work on a plugin if some one else is already building it.

Thanks @voidhaze for suggesting it. I will add this as an issue and taste the waters with CGR community.

Feel free to submit the plugin but if you want a proper support, it needs a proper care.

understood, it is likely I ll cook a plugin prototype in the next few weeks. If people warm to it then we can see about that proper support :)
