use new URL with import.meta.env.VITE_IMG_BASE_URL prefix to generate cdn url, or just use vite experimental.renderBuiltUrl

base的作用是基础资源路径。比如设置为‘/test’, 你的资源请求将全部会从这个路径请求 ，比如你页面加载一个图片就会变成 xxxx.com/test/a.png
