Feat Req: Ability to change repository for an existing site

Currently, if a project moves to a new repository, the only safe way is to recreate the site.

It would be helpful to allow changing the repository URL for an existing site without deleting and recreating it.

Possible use cases:

• Project moved to a new organization
• Repository renamed
• Migration to a new repo during refactoring

This could save time and avoid reconfiguring environment variables, domains, queues, and cron jobs.
