In the current 4.x code, I don't see an all-sites deployments page. The Deployments table is populated from $site->deployments() inside the individual site's Application page, and the API list endpoint is likewise scoped to projects/{project}/servers/{server}/sites/{site}/deployments. So, in the UI today, you need to open each site to see its deployment history.

If your goal is one operational overview across sites, that would need a new aggregate view (or a small external dashboard that queries the per-site API endpoints). The existing Application controller and Deployment API controller show the current scoping. If you meant deployments for one server rather than every site, that's also not a separate aggregate page in these routes.

I already made my own plugin that has pages to see all recent deployments per site and all primary domains + ssl certs per site

Thanks for sharing this—and for building the plugin. I checked its README: Vito Extended adds a project-wide Latest Deployments page with one row per site, so it provides the overview you were looking for on Vito 4.x. My earlier answer was about Vito's built-in UI; your plugin fills that gap for the latest deployment per site. It doesn't appear to be a combined history of every deployment, in case that's what you meant by “all deployments.”
