Payouts in get_content API should be presented in main asset

Originally get_content present payout in SBD asset. This is very confusing. So, this should be changed to main asset or vests representation (deterermine what is better?)

Depends on what exactly added in code. If vests to author, then vests amount.

Payout initially calculated in STEEM_SYMBOL, see void database::cashout_comment_helper() and share_type database::claim_rshare_reward in libraries/chain/database.cpp
then a fraction of author_tokens goes to the vesting shares:
auto vest_created = create_vesting(author, vesting_steem);

Then need make it with STEEM_SYMBOL, 50% from payment going to vests.

Liquid payout percent is a configurable parameter actually, and the remainder goes to vests. So it may be not 50/50 but 25/75 for example.
