Fixed the last piece of the baseline filename puzzle - we were converting spaces to underscores in screenshot names, while the cloud was converting them to hyphens.

Now "VBtn dark" generates VBtn-dark_hash.png everywhere, not VBtn_dark_hash.png locally and VBtn-dark_hash.png in the cloud. Local TDD and cloud are finally perfectly aligned.

Also: downloading baselines now always clears local state first, so stale screenshots won't interfere.
