⚠️ Unsigned dev builds for testing only. Assets here are replaced on every push (this release
always tracks the latest commit). The OTAFIX in-place OTA apply is validated on RAK4631
(wiscore_rak4631_board); other boards are best-effort and may be missing if they exceed the
40 KB bootloader size limit with the OTA code included.

Per board: *_bootloader-*.zip (DFU), *_bootloader-*.hex (full flash, SWD/J-Link), and
update-*_bootloader-*.uf2 (drag-drop self-update from a running bootloader).
