Sync to 0.8.0: sh_plan and sh_history removed Mirrors docs/wiki/ in the main repo at v0.8.0. Both tools were removed after a 30-day audit of real Claude Code sessions measured 0 calls to either. The blast-radius classifier sh_plan exposed is unchanged and still gates every sh_run. Also documents that id (sh_detail/sh_logs/sh_kill) and label (sh_checkpoint/sh_restore) are optional now, and that sh_run accepts cmd as an alias for command.
