Menu/window/fonts appears extremely small

The whole application appears extremely small. It's version 0.9.16 which came from pip install, this is on Ubuntu.

Does anyone know how to make the menu and fonts and icons larger ? All my other applications appear at a reasonable size.

This page is kind of old, I was able to find the Fonts menu but it's not where the wiki suggested. The other issue is most of the fonts I don't see a way to change them. Like the top menu for example "File", "Control" etc.. None of the fonts seemed to change the size of those.

I take this back, I found the ribbon and balloon options seem to change the size I was looking for. I didn't touch them because they were negative values.

Is there any size control of the icons ? Many of them are still very small.

I found an option called "Double Size Icons" when checked it increase the size of the icons.
