Secure Connect to Secure Access Migration script

How to run it:

1. Run Python Script 1 to download Policies from Meraki + Umbrella (aka Secure Connect), you will need to add your keys to a .env file which you'll make yourself in the root folder
2. Run Python Script 2 to upload Policies to Secure Access
3. Finish your migration by cutting over AutoVPN from Secure Connect, having SC removed from your Meraki Dashboard, then using the automated API integration to build the new tunnels to Secure Access:
