Evória App Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 2, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how the Evória app ("the App", "we") handles your information when you use the App.
The App is developed by the Evória team / developer.
If you have any questions regarding this Policy or data processing, you can contact us using the contact details provided on the App's Google Play store listing.
We adhere to the principle of data minimization and collect only the amount of information necessary for the App's features to function properly.
The App allows you to input and track personal data, including profile settings and personal cycle configurations.
Important: All cycle data and personal settings you enter are stored exclusively locally on your device. We do not transmit or duplicate this data on our external servers.
Data about reproductive health and menstrual cycles are considered special categories of personal data.
- We do not collect, do not sell, and do not share your health data with third parties or advertisers.
- Processing of such data occurs entirely on your device (On-Device Processing).
The App may request permission to access your device's camera exclusively for scanning QR codes (e.g., when transferring or importing a profile and settings between devices).
- The camera is used only during active QR code scanning.
- The App does not record, does not save photo/video streams, and does not send camera images to servers.
The QR code sharing feature is designed for direct transfer of your selected data from one device to another:
- The initiation of generating and scanning a QR code is done strictly at your command.
- Data transfer occurs directly between devices without the involvement of our servers.
Warning: Anyone who scans a QR code you generate will be able to read the data contained within it. Please share QR codes only with trusted individuals.
To maintain stability and fix errors, we may use third-party analytics and crash monitoring services (e.g., Google Firebase Crashlytics).
The technical data collected does not contain your personal information or cycle data and may include:
- Device model, operating system version, and App version.
- Technical crash stacks (Crash Logs) and performance metrics.
- Anonymized user interface interaction events.
We use information for the following purposes:
- Ensuring the operation of the App's core functionality.
- Saving and restoring your settings on the device.
- Enabling the local data sharing feature via QR code.
- Identifying technical errors and improving App stability.
- Communicating with users in response to support requests.
We do not sell your personal data. Information may only be shared in the following cases:
- Direct sharing (QR codes): Data is transferred to another device only when you generate and present a QR code for scanning.
- Third-party analytics providers: Anonymized technical logs and diagnostics may be processed by analytics services (according to their own privacy policies).
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information only in cases expressly required by applicable law.
- Local data: Stored on your device until you manually delete it through the App settings, clear the app cache/data, or uninstall the App from the device entirely.
- Analytics data: Retention periods for technical logs are determined by the policies of third-party analytics providers.
You have full control over your data:
- Manage permissions: You can revoke camera access permission at any time in your device's system settings.
- Delete data: You can completely erase all App data by uninstalling it from the device or clearing app data in Android settings.
- Control sharing: You decide when to create a QR code and who to show it to.
The App is intended for use by individuals who are 13 years of age or older (or the minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction). If the App is used to create profiles and track data of individuals under 13, it is assumed that these actions are performed by their parents or legal guardians. Because all entered data (including profiles) is stored exclusively locally on your device, we do not collect, store, or transmit children's personal data to our servers.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, please remember that no method of data transmission over a network or method of electronic storage is absolutely secure.
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. We recommend that you review this document regularly.
