- add sdl.image back (draft)
- update windows_install_dependencies.vsh to use SDL3_mixer-devel-3.1.2-VC.zip and SDL3_ttf-devel-3.2.2-VC.zip on windows
- examples: add back tvintris, port to SDL 3.4.0
- examples: add a simple music player, to test the SDL3_mixer's support for different sound/music formats more easily.
