The image parameter of ui.picture does not work. Not only is it still a todo (after years), but appears to need a number of related changes in design (picture.v) to make it work and then corresponding examples added to demonstrate usage.
Additionally, looks as if another separate parameter needs to be added for image creation from byte array. So image for gg.Image and maybe call it image_array for create_image_from_byte_array . This is to prevent confusion as to how the image given to pic.image is created, including for Android. The parameters used, should arguably be consistent across all OSes.
