Lockstep prerelease of all 64 @noy-db/* packages, bundling the Track A kernel-shrink work. Publishes to the npm @next channel (pnpm add @noy-db/hub@next).

• @noy-db/hub — Track A kernel shrink (#262): introduced SubsystemBus, an internal observe/gate bus; migrated periods & guards onto the gate bus; added an afterDelete observe point for symmetry; and a kernel-surface CI gate (check-architecture.mjs) that locks in the reduced surface. Internal architecture only — no public API change.
