Previously all the output was printed to stdout which made it hard to intercept just the needed bits (e.g. threaddump). See jattach#88

Previously, the thread dump was written to stdout fd only. vlsi/jattach@v2.2.2 enables writing the output to a custom fd, so we save the thread dump without modifying global stdout/stderr See vlsi/jattach#1
