[Urgent] Namescpaces multiselect combo box and search in all of them by keyword

Describe the problem/challenge you have
Currently, I can't search, for example, a pod in all namespaces filtering by a keyword. Also, I can't select multiple namespaces to try a selective search or view ot them

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice just search by a keyword instead of clicking on every namespace to find a resource. Also, if I need to see multiple namespace resource, I have to go into every namespace :(

These features will help in the productivity. You can see these features running the Lens IDE.

Environment:

• Octant version (use octant version): 0.25.1
• Kubernetes version (use kubectl version): v1.14.8
• OS (macOS 10.15, Windows 10, Ubuntu 19.10 etc): Ubuntu 21.10

This is by design. Octant doesn't currently support multiple namespaces. The core of the application is namespace specific. It would not be impossible to support this, but the work has not currently been scoped. Always looking for more contributors!
