Set-Holorouter -dualsite Failed

Describe the bug

When I attempt to "Set-HoloRouter -dualsite", I get a failure even though the files in the error exist.

Reproduction steps

1. Download public holorouter ova, import
2. Run the "New-HolodeckConfig" command using valid details
3. Run the New-HoloDeckNetworkConfig command two times - the first for site a, the second for site b
4. Run "Set-HoloRouter -dualsite"
   At this point, I get the error. This has happened with two different imports of the publicly downloadable holorouter.
   ...

Expected behavior

I expect the command to complete successfully.

Based on the holorouter setup, there should only be one file in the /etc/systemd/network/ folder and it expects the same. But I see there are two files (50-static-en.network and 99-dhcp-en.network) from your screenshots.
Did you create the other one manually?

No, that was created by one of the commands issued during that setup.

We're not sure what the actual resolution was. Two different OVA imports and the same commands run each time resulted in the error. But additional testing was unable to reproduce the error. If (or when) I'm ever able to replicate the issue, I'll comment back.
